Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you complete a contact form, request a report or audit, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us, we collect the details you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, and website address, along with anything you choose to tell us about your business.
Information about your business that is publicly available. Before contacting a prospective client, and while preparing audits and proposals, we review publicly accessible sources such as your website, your Google Business Profile, your public social media accounts, and public search data. We do not access anything that is not openly published.
Information collected automatically. Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This records information such as pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostic purposes.
Client project information. When we work with you, we may hold access credentials, analytics and search console data, advertising account data, brand assets, and content you supply. This is covered in more detail under Client Data below.
How we obtain contact details for business outreach
We contact businesses directly by email about our services. Contact details are obtained from publicly listed business addresses, from business contact databases, or from information published on a company’s own website.
We contact business email addresses only. We do not send marketing email to private individuals or to personal addresses.
If you do not wish to hear from us, reply to any message asking to be removed, or email devansh@davoric.com. We will remove your details from our outreach records and add your address to a suppression list so you are not contacted again. We action these requests promptly and at no cost to you.
Why we use your information, and our legal basis

| Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote or audit | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract |
| Delivering services to clients and managing the relationship | Performance of a contract |
| Business to business outreach about relevant services | Legitimate interests, balanced against your right to object at any time |

| Website analytics and improvement | Your consent where required, otherwise legitimate interests |
| Invoicing, tax and accounting records | Compliance with legal obligations |
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and your information may pass through their systems. These include our website host, our email provider, our analytics provider, our email marketing platform, our project management system, and our payment processors. Each is bound by its own data protection obligations.
Some execution work, including web development and video editing, is carried out by subcontractors working under our direction. Where a subcontractor needs access to client information to do the work, that access is limited to what the task requires and is subject to confidentiality obligations.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
International transfers
Davoric operates from India. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland, your information will be transferred to and processed in India, which is not the subject of an adequacy decision. We rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, including contractual commitments with our clients and providers, and we apply the protections described in this policy regardless of where you are located.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted
- Outreach records: deleted on request, otherwise reviewed periodically and removed when no longer relevant
- Suppression list entries: kept indefinitely, because we need them to honour your opt out
- Client records and project files: for the duration of the engagement and for 24 months afterwards
- Invoices and financial records: as required by Indian tax law
Client data and access credentials
Where we hold logins to your website, hosting, advertising accounts or analytics, these are stored securely and used only to carry out the work you have engaged us for. We ask clients to provide access at the lowest permission level sufficient for the task, and to revoke access at the end of an engagement. We will confirm removal of credentials from our systems on request.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies for two purposes: essential cookies that make the site function, including caching, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly if essential cookies are blocked.

- Rectification, to have inaccurate information corrected
- Erasure, to have your information deleted
- Restriction, to limit how we use your information
- Objection, including an absolute right to object to direct marketing
- Portability, to receive your information in a transferable format
